Aura End of Production Products in UK

Products classified as End of Production or EOP, are products where production has ended on the model or the specific version of the model (also referred to as a SKU variant). EOP products will continue working, but will receive limited updates and support. While you can still use your frame as intended, it may become more vulnerable to security threats and may not receive any new features or improvements. Support for EOP products will end three (3) years after the product’s last production date (also referred to as End of Life or EOL date), as indicated in the table below.

If you have purchased an EOP product and are still within the one (1) year product warranty, there may no longer be available inventory and an alternative model may be sent as a replacement. If eligible, Aura may contact you to help select a suitable replacement frame. Please contact us to further assist with replacement parts for products and services.
